The check-in process was smooth with really kind staff. The downstairs bar created a delicious pizza. I found plenty of plugs and space to unpack in the room. This modern hotel presented a clean ambience.

The staff were knowledgable and kind, ready to help. Reception quickly changed our room with minimal fuss when needed. The check-in was easy, i was so grateful for the quick resolution.

the location was indeed very convenient. it made getting around quite easy.
The room size proved to be a real issue. It felt cramped, particularly with luggage. also, i found cleanliness lacking. there were crumbs in corners and noticeable stains in the shower. This was not acceptable.
