Really good Stay Near East Side Gallery
friendly staff delicious pizza ample space modern hotel
The check-in process was smooth with nice staff. The downstairs bar created a delicious pizza. I found plenty of plugs and space to unpack in the room. This modern hotel presented a clean ambience.

The hotel bar offered a small pizza. It was tasty. I THINK the dining area was spacious. The hotel has a self-cooking kitchen, a GREAT plus.

The staff were knowledgable and kind, ready to help. Reception quickly changed our room with minimal fuss when needed. The check-in was easy, i was so grateful for the quick resolution.

The room was clean. The bathroom was also super clean. Every room has its own washroom. Required amenities were present. The rooms make great use of space.

The hotel is next to the train station. Underground parking is secure. The location is great, close to public transport. I REALLY liked the facilities.

mixed feelings about my stay
room size lacking cleanliness
the location was indeed very convenient. it made getting around quite easy.
The room size proved to be a real issue. It felt cramped, particularly with luggage. also, i found cleanliness lacking. there were crumbs in corners and noticeable stains in the shower. This was not acceptable.
